What is Motivo?
Motivo connects therapists with vetted clinical supervisors from the beginning to the end of the therapist licensure process. We provide accessible, affordable supervision in a completely virtual environment.
The Purpose of this project is to help Motivo designing an onboarding portal experience to help connect the therapist with supervisors. From Book, schedule, and attend virtual session, we make sure the user feel safe using the HIPAA compliant platform.

How Can We Help Supervisors Connect With Therapists?
The main pain point that we have is that there’s no easy way to help match supervisors with therapists based on their Geolocation and License type.
Understanding the Existing Web Flow Diagram
Initial study of the current web flow and how the navigation of the website is set up. Add additional menu items in the navigation as an entry point for users to sign up/log in to the portal.
The on-boarding experience will be from the main landing page. User will have multiple entry point to access the on boarding portal.
Sign up - New User
Sign up flow will require user to fill out additional information such as their contact info and license number.
Login - Existing User
Login screen allow returning users to be able to pick up where they left off and track their progress with the supervisors to meet their needs.
Onboarding Process Task Flow for Supervisee

The diagram on the right help explains the flow of how they will select a supervisor as a supervisee.
Providing the ability for the user to filter by geolocation, desired credentials, and types of License allows us to find the best supervisors for the user.
Once the user finds a match, it is important to schedule a free consultation to see if the supervisor the user select is the right match for them. In order to schedule a consultation, the user will have. to log in or create an account.
Users will then propose a time from the screen that works for them and submit a request for a free consultation.
The system will notify the supervisor that they have a new request for a free consultation, If time works, a meeting link will be sent out to the user for both parties to meet.
After the consultation, we will ask user to provide feedback whether the supervisor is a good match.
Initial wireframes
Initial wireframes to map out the onboarding experience for the supervisee. Go over with the founder and make sure the flow makes sense. Also communicated with the developer to go over the feasibility of the onboarding portal.
